Honeycomb Roofing & Exteriors is growing, and we're looking for motivated, people-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team. This role involves inspecting residential properties, educating homeowners, and guiding them through roofing and exterior projects — from initial inspection to final walkthrough.

No sales experience in roofing? That’s okay. If you have a strong work ethic, a competitive edge, and a determined spirit — we’ll train you. Experience in sales, roofing, or construction is definitely a plus, but not required. We provide full training and ongoing field support.

This position does require physical endurance and the ability to work in the elements. You’ll spend time outdoors inspecting roofs, climbing ladders, walking properties, and meeting with homeowners — often in hot, humid, or rainy conditions. If you’re someone who enjoys being active, working outside, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty, this could be a great fit. Safety training is provided, and we equip you with the tools you need to perform inspections confidently and carefully.

If you have a strong sales background and a solid resume, but you're not physically able or comfortable climbing roofs, we still encourage you to apply. For the right candidate with proven experience and drive, we can make accommodations by pairing you with a dedicated field technician or installer who can handle the physical inspections as part of your sales team. Our goal is to support your success and find a structure that plays to your strengths — including building relationships, marketing, and closing deals.

Responsibilities :

Conduct exterior inspections of homes (roofs, siding, gutters, etc.)

Educate homeowners on the full roofing process — whether it’s due to storm damage, normal wear and tear, or a retail replacement

Walk customers through material options, installation timelines, and project expectations

Help homeowners understand and navigate the insurance claims process when applicable

Attend adjuster appointments to advocate for the homeowner and ensure all damage is properly documented

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle and beyond

Document jobs using CRM software

Collaborate with our internal office team and trusted installers

Follow up to ensure high customer satisfaction and secure referrals
