10 East is a dynamic, membership-based investment firm that provides targeted exposure to private markets, led by Michael Leffell, who previously served as the Deputy Executive Managing Member of Davidson Kempner. Our focus is on facilitating member investments in diverse asset classes, including single-investment and niche fund vehicles across private credit, real estate, private equity, and venture capital. As an Account Manager at 10 East, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our cross-functional internal teams (design, development, strategy). You'll manage client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. You will also help identify opportunities for additional work, such as upsells or extensions, by understanding clients' evolving needs in digital strategy, branding, web design, and app development. Your role is both strategic and operational : you'll oversee project delivery, provide status updates to clients, coordinate internal resources, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Coordinate with design, development, and strategy teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and present project status reports, timelines, and deliverables to clients.
- Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest opportunities for additional services.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct regular check-ins and review sessions to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Facilitate post-launch support, including follow-ups, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, client success, or similar roles at a digital agency or tech services company.Strong project-management skills, with ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to understand technical concepts (web development, UX, app) and translate them to clients.Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana or similar).Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Benefits
