Caf Manager
Staff management : Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles. Motivate staff to maintain high performance standards and ensure proper coverage for all shifts. Financial management : Manage budgets, track sales and expenses, and analyze financial performance to increase profitability. Control costs and monitor food and supply expenditures. Operations and compliance : Oversee daily caf operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and food handling standards. Implement and maintain policies and procedures. Customer service : Cultivate a positive dining experience, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer loyalty. Inventory and vendors : Manage inventory levels, order food and supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. Marketing and maintenance : Contribute to marketing efforts to boost visibility. Ensure the caf's appearance is maintained, including equipment upkeep and cleanliness.
