This is a full year position which includes benefits and paid days off. Professional development and coaching provided by ELRCs. Bowers School House offers reduced class size to maintain one-on-one experience to support an optimal early childhood environment. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working with children, understands how they learn and is dedicated to creating a nurturing learning atmosphere for every student. You need to be flexible and creative while maintaining structure and sticking to schedules. You should hold strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be collaborating with other teachers, working with students and talking to families. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of classroom activities and teaching methods.
