About the Role

We're looking for a Accouting Manager who thrives in the fast-moving world of AI and high-growth startups. In this role, you'll be more than a steward of the numbers—you'll be a strategic partner shaping how we scale. This role blends hands-on financial management with forward-looking analysis—overseeing budgets, forecasts, and compliance while providing insights that shape business strategy. You will be the bridge between numbers and decisions, ensuring our resources are optimized, risks are managed, and opportunities are seized.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations

Manage and oversee all aspects of daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), fixed assets, and payroll

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP to present to the CEO and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal tax regulations

Identify gaps in current systems and processes; design and implement accounting and reporting improvements to optimize efficiency

Partner with business and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue accounting and COGS tracking

Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. Annual Base Pay Range

$120,000—$170,000 USD
