Construction Project Scheduler

Location : Houston, TX (NASA Johnson Space Center)

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Pay : $90,000 DOE

About the Role

We’re hiring a Construction Project Scheduler to support construction and facilities projects at NASA JSC. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project .

Coordinate daily and long-term work schedules with supervisors and crews.

Track milestones, update progress, and keep management informed.

Review subcontractor / vendor invoices for accuracy.

Prepare reports and recommendations based on project data.

Ensure compliance with company and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in construction scheduling (Microsoft Project required).

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).

Proficiency in Excel ; knowledge of MAXIMO is a plus (easy to learn).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (required for NASA site access).

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening.

Bonus Points

Roofing construction experience.

PMP or Microsoft Project certification.

Experience supporting large-scale or government projects.
