Job Description :

As a full-time / part-time barista at Bravo Toast, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, serving food; breakfast, lunch, and a new dinner menu. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in preparing specialty cocktails, beer, and wine for our valued customers. The role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure the café is fully operational and clean
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments with attention to detail
• Assist in maintaining inventory of front-of-house necessities, ingredients, and supplies
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment, including maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and seating areas
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences
