Job Description
Job Title : Business Development Associate
Purpose : Lead generation for Hackett sales associates
Responsibilities :
- Marketing campaign execution
- Assist with development of campaign approach (hardcopy mailings, e-mail, pre-calls, post calls, etc.)
- Generate webcast and event attendance
- Obtain executive appointments for sales associates
- Post-event follow up to generate sales conference calls or face-to-face meetings
- Logging and tracking lead / appointment activity
- Maintaining prospect details in Salesforce.com (CRM)
- Work closely with Product Marketing Management to schedule timing of follow-up activities and campaign execution
Required Skills :
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)Good listening and communication skillsBroad understanding of questioning techniquesAbility to multi-taskWork well in a team environmentProven ability to get access to senior executivesHighly organizedSelf motivatedWork location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
