Daily Responsibilities : Serve as a Press Helper / Feeder Operator for the 40"-SM-102 Heidelberg Press Work in partnership with the Press Operator Assist with job set-up through completion Feed and catch work produced on the 40" press Assist with bindery and finishing tasks Run various bindery equipment such as the guilatine, folder, etc. Perform quality control inspections on print production Support prepress and direct mail operations Ensure preventive maintenance of printing equipment Required Skills : Experience in binding and finishing processes Experience in a press helper / feeder operator position Proficient and knowledgable on the 40" - SM-102 Heidleberg Strong attention to detail for quality control inspections Experience with personal protective equipment Excellent communication skills Team player and independent contributor Ability to shift from the press to bindery and mailing Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, bend and use arms to move materials and jobs through the facility Salary and Benefits : Minimum Hourly : $19.00 Maximum Hourly : $22.00 Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Medical Flexible Spending Account Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Long-Term Disability Short-Term Disability Pet Insurance Company lunches About Innvoke, LLC : Innvoke, LLC is a leading commercial print and business communications company that has been providing innovative solutions to clients for over three decades.
