Support student learning and development in a dynamic school environment. This paraprofessional role is contract-based and involves working closely with students and educators to ensure educational and behavioral goals are met.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications :

Experience supporting children in educational or home-based settings

High school diploma or GED required

Understanding of basic child development or educational practices

Ability to remain attentive and compassionate throughout the school day

Strong observational and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver student-focused assistance in general or special education settings

Support instructional activities under teacher direction

Provide one-on-one or small group attention as needed

Assist with classroom organization, transitions, and routines

Monitor and report student progress and behavior
