About the Role

As a Senior SDET, you will play a key leadership role in our test automation team, responsible for the design, development, and optimization of test frameworks and assets in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) environment. You will be expected to drive quality practices across the engineering lifecycle, lead cross-functional collaboration, and mentor a team of SDETs and QAs. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will be responsible for implementing and advocating for industry-leading testing strategies—spanning functional, performance, security, and integration testing. Your work will directly contribute to increasing ecoATM's release quality and reducing development costs through robust automation and shift-left quality practices. We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong technical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced test plans and automation strategies aligned with product specifications and business objectives.
• Lead the development of modular, scalable test automation frameworks that support both automated and manual testing efforts.
• Drive the adoption of modern test tools, technologies, and practices to improve release velocity and product quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies across front-end, backend, and full-stack architectures.
• Champion shift-left testing, CI / CD quality gates, and test data automation.
• Guide and mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, conducting code reviews and training on best practices.
• Review technical requirements and participate in architectural and design discussions to provide quality insight early in the lifecycle.
• Establish and track QA metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear QA documentation including test plans, strategies, and defect reports.

Compensation : $140-$155k + Bonus + LTIPS

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 ("CA Pay Transparency Law"). Base pay information is based on market location. This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
