Position Highlights
- Hourly wage : $22.29 - $32.83 depending on experience
- Additional pay for bilingual skills
- $5,000.00 Hiring / Retention Bonus Structure :
At Hire : $1,500.00
At 180-Days (6 months) : $2,000.00At 12 months : $1,500.00Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)Benefits

Maintain and update patient medical records including vital signs, treatments, medications, and immunization recordsPrepare for patient visits by reviewing files, ensuring reports are available, and collaborating with Providers for effective scheduling and continuity of careMaintain exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, and assist physicians during examsCollect and prepare lab specimens, administer medications, and perform assigned clinical responsibilitiesQualifications :
Minimum high school diploma or GEDCompletion of an accredited medical assisting program (1-year certification / diploma or 2-year Associate Degree) from CAAHEP or ABHES, with at least 720 training hours and 160-hour clinical externship1 year of experience as a CMA preferredCPR certification required within 90 days of hireMust hold Medical Assistant Certification or interim certification from the WA State Department of HealthMedical knowledge to understand theories and technical aspects of healthcareStrong interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and situationsExcellent multitasking skills to handle varied workloadsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR systemsOur Mission Statement
