Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting guidance to support teams, customers, and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to isolate defects and propose solutions
Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles and mentor Technical Support Engineers
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise-level technical support or escalation engineering
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across various systems and applications
Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably PowerShell
Ability to read and interpret code (e.g., C#, C++, Python)
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
