• Monday through Thursday, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm schedule with no call
• 15 - 17 patients per day, potential for higher volume with acute care
• Family medicine practice chronic care and complex patients
• First patient at 8 am, last patient at 4 : 40 pm
• Option to focus on adult-only patients or full-spectrum family medicine
• Injectable procedures preferred but not mandatory
