Job Title : AI Prompt Engineer / Dialog Engineer

Location : Charlotte, NC

Experience : 8+ years

Role Overview : We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer and Dialog Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-based conversational systems. This role focuses on refining AI models for natural, human-like communication, aligning outputs with company tone, and optimizing prompts for better LLM performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Enhance AI model fluency and alignment with business goals.
Build and maintain prompt libraries with best practices.
Design conversational AI systems for engaging user experiences.
Optimize AI prompts and evaluate AI tools / models using Python.
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams.
Monitor, report, and improve AI performance and system efficiency.

Required Skills :

2+ years experience in AI, NLP, or LLMs.

2+ years programming in Python or R.

Strong understanding of data structures and AI model behavior.

Ability to write clear instructions for NLP models.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus : experience in software engineering, data science, or library science.

Ideal Candidate :

Someone with technical expertise in AI / NLP, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality conversational AI solutions.
