A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Media Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on high-level initiatives and plans
Lead cross-team planning projects to support new advertising sales initiatives
Create and analyze work performance standards to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Understanding of the hiring process and talent development
Ability to lead in an environment of change
Experience in strategic planning and operational policy execution
