Pre-validation Engineering Change Controller (Hybrid)

Overview

Pre-validation Engineering Change Controller (Hybrid) – Pratt & Whitney. Location : PW100 : East Hartford 400 Main Street, East Hartford, CT, 06118 USA. Hybrid role (onsite and offsite).

What you will do

• Chair the Manufacturing Change Board and coordinate engineering change execution within operations
• Understand the impact of engineering changes on various groups within Operations and coordinate communication
• Engage with Manufacturing Operations, Global Supply Chain, and assembly sites to gather commitments for engineering change execution
• Create and present monthly reports to leadership, including the status of engineering changes
• Manage standard work / policies / procedures / KPIs and ensure adherence
• Collaborate across functional areas to manage change and implement new processes

This role is Hybrid : Employees work regularly both onsite and offsite. Responsibilities are performed onsite on a regular basis.

Compensation and benefits

Salary range : 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. This range is a good faith estimate for all experience levels. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off, depending on the business unit and collective-bargaining status.
