Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations. Coordinate work across internal and client teams to ensure timely, quality delivery. Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Professional Services teams to scope and estimate projects. Create and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, technical requirements, and resource plans. Support account management activities, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Maintain repositories for deliverables, budgets, and project documentation. Contribute to Data Meaning's business growth by identifying expansion opportunities with existing clients.

Business Analysis

Partner with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions. Deliver business-critical insights and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Organize and integrate data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting. Ensure data integrity and structure to support scalable analytics solutions. Develop actionable insights and recommendations that enable data-driven decision-making.
