Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.Conduct cold calls with professionalism and confidence to introduce products / services and identify customer needs.Manage and grow existing client relationships through excellent service and consistent communication.Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into sales.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activitiesMeet and exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support.Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, ideally within a high-volume outbound calling environment.Demonstrated success in cold calling and closing sales via phoneStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales targets
