A company is looking for a Managed Care Follow Up Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track the status of submitted reconsiderations, appeals, and disputes

Review outstanding hospital reconsiderations and manage claims resolution workflows

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining a high-volume caseload

Qualifications and Requirements

Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience

Minimum of two years in medical collections

Basic understanding of the Revenue Cycle Process

Experience with payor online portals

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications : Outlook, Excel, Word
