Job Description Summary Job Duties : Conduct requirements gathering workshops and lead the solution design process for middleware projects jointly with business partners, technology peers, and Middleware Developers. Provide subject matter expertise to effort estimation and SOW development. Liaise and collaborate with internal teams on escalated technical issues and enhancement changes / new features. Engage with the Enterprise Architecture team to create and influence proper standards for development, governance, and operational lifecycle of middleware technologies. Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, and develop and implement mitigation measures. Capture and convert project lessons into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base. Hire, train, coach, and mentor the team to success. Support automation requirements of continuous integration and continuous deployment. Integrate test data provisioning with automated environment. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, electronic engineering, or related quantitative field; plus 96 months of experience in job offered or in a position involving integration architecture. Requires demonstrated experience in : Integration architecture with MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, Tibco, or similar platform; Leading a team of developers through projects; Design, development, and operations with highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems; and Designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and REST-based APIs.
