Job descriptionBe the friendly face of Kenneth’s Car Care — greeting customers, listening to their needs, and making them feel at ease. Write accurate repair orders and explain technician recommendations in plain, easy-to-understand language. Provide clear estimates and guide customers through their repair or maintenance decisions. Keep communication flowing between customers and technicians. Manage workflow and scheduling to keep our shop running smoothly. Build trust by recommending services that matter, never overselling. Experience as a Service Advisor or strong customer service background (automotive experience a plus). Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable attitude. Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks. Tech-savvy with repair order systems (experience with CCC, or similar preferred).
