Duration : 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Shift : Monday to Friday (8AM to 5 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Writer to support our engineering team by creating, revising, and organizing technical documentation. This is a key temporary role (6 months) that ensures engineering deliverables are clearly and accurately communicated across internal teams and to external stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and service teams to develop high-quality documentation that supports product development, manufacturing, and end-user applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and edit technical documents including manuals, specifications, procedures, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to gather source material and clarify technical details.
• Organize and maintain document templates and version control systems.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, user-friendly documentation.
• Develop visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and schematics.
• Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support product design reviews and contribute to documentation planning processes.
• Manage documentation timelines to meet project milestones.
