Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Representative to join our team and generate leads for our roofing services. As a Field Canvasser, you will engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, educate them about our roofing solutions, and schedule free inspections or consultations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, are persuasive communicators, and thrive in an outdoor sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Canvass designated neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments for roofing inspections.
• Educate homeowners about our roofing services, benefits, and special promotions.
• Distribute marketing materials and answer basic questions about the company’s offerings.
• Collect customer information and document interactions accurately.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of leads.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
• Represent the company professionally with a positive and friendly attitude.
