Salary / Hourly Pay :
$38 / hour to $40 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Work in a dynamic and energetic home-like setting with ongoing resident events and celebration days.
- Serve as our health care team leader and oversee the care of our residents and the caregiving team.
- Maintain each resident’s dignity and personal safety.
- Employ strong critical thinking skills as it relates to symptoms, diagnosis, and problem solving.
- Document notes of daily resident care and oversee medication management.
- Interface with doctors, pharmacists, and medical personnel as an advocate for the community’s residents.
- Follow infection control and emergency procedures.
- Be mindful of resident safety, your safety, and the safety of your teammates.

Experience Requirements
- Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related health care facility.
- Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Necessary Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN / LVN in this state.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel and the general public.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- Must possess a leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc.

- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
