Sales Trainer and Curriculum Developer
Allstate Dealer Services is seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Trainer and Curriculum Developer to design and deliver high impact training programs that drive performance across automotive dealers' Finance & Insurance (F&I), sales, and service departments. In this role, you will serve as the architect of a customized training program for a strategic partner, shaping the learning experience from the ground up to align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Allstate Dealer Services leadership to assess skill gaps, implement targeted learning solutions, and deliver measurable results.

Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
