The Director of Broadband Device Programs will report to our VP of Device Technology and define and lead AT&T's broadband device programs, driving innovation across both fiber and fixed wireless broadband technologies serving both consumer and enterprise markets. You will combine strategic vision with deep hands-on technical expertise. We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage work intake, prioritization, program and project management, and vendor selection and management for broadband device hardware, software, and applications / services. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of device initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams. A strong grasp of broadband software platforms and development is essential. This is a leadership role focused on bringing fresh ideas, accelerating device innovation, and delivering transformative solutions aligned with AT&T's converged device vision.

This role is based in Dallas TX or Bothell WA requiring in-office presence 5 days / week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and optimize work intake and prioritization processes for device hardware, software, and applications / services.
• Manage program and project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and management to ensure strategic partnerships and performance standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, product, operations, finance, etc.) to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies, resource allocation, and cross-team communication.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met for all device-related initiatives.

Our Director Broadband Device Programs will earn between $191,400 - $287,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
