Ready to take the lead in a manufacturing Controller role in a well-established employee-owned manufacturing company thats been shaping innovation for nearly a century

What Youll Do

• Lead the general accounting function including cost accounting cash management forecasting and financial reporting.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP to safeguard company assets.
• Drive budgeting and financial analysis across departments helping management make sound data-driven decisions.
• Manage monthly and year-end close processes audits and government reporting.
• Partner closely with operations and cost accounting to ensure accurate inventory and cost reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (GL AP and Cost Accountant).
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
