As an Inventory Data Coordinator in our Customer Support department, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely inventory data management for our operations. This is an hourly, full-time position that requires precision, organization, and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with other departments to maintain seamless inventory operations, all while supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records within our databases and systems.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure inventory data aligns with customer needs and inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory data to identify discrepancies or issues, resolving them promptly.
- Generate inventory reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely replenishment of stock.
- Support the implementation of inventory best practices and process improvements.
- Respond to inventory-related queries from other departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of team members regarding inventory procedures.
Qualifications
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in inventory management, data coordination, or a related field.Proficiency in using inventory management software or databases.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with customer support operations is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines effectively.The pay range for this role is :
