Costumer Service Representative
Our client, a leader in security monitoring and emergency response services, is seeking a dedicated and professional Costumer Service Representative to join their team. As a Costumer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the Central Monitoring Station (CMS) support team, ensuring prompt and effective handling of alarm signals and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title : Costumer Service Representative Location : Irving, TX Pay Range : $15 to $18 / h Shift : 10 pm - 6 am What's the Job? Monitor and process alarms received within the Central Monitoring Station (CMS) Receive, process, and dispatch after-hours calls for service Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries Generate service tickets and document call activities accurately Support troubleshooting of alarm systems and dispatch appropriate personnel or authorities What's Needed? High School Diploma or State Board of Education certified GED, or an Associate's Degree 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a security or call center environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with professionalism and punctuality Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, internet applications, and data entry systems What's in it for me?
