Adjunct Faculty - Surgical Technology

Job Summary : Surgical Technology adjunct providing hands-on laboratory / clinical instruction and / or didactic instruction and completing student progress evaluation in coordination with the Program Director.

Minimum Qualifications :

Associates Degree of Applied Science from a Surgical Technology program accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) in Surgical Technology

Current experience as a CST in a clinical setting

Licensing Requirements : Current certification as a Surgical Technologist through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)

Supervises and assesses student learning to achieve outcomes at the course and / or program level.
