Senior Program Manager, Data Science
This role manages the integrity and functionality of the Plant Information Center (PIC), ensuring accurate and timely reporting of nuclear plant performance data. It supports the development and enhancement of performance indicators, collaborates with industry and IT teams to maintain data systems, and leads initiatives to improve data quality and analytical methods. The position also provides guidance to members, facilitates indicator-related projects, and contributes to the advancement of computational techniques for industry performance analysis.
Essential Functions
- Manages Plant Information Center (PIC) and Industry Reporting and Information System (IRIS) maintenance functions
- Demonstrates expertise in performance indicator definitions
- Monitors indicator data quality and work with members to correct reporting errors
- Monitors industry data input for gaps in quality
- Processes monthly / quarterly performance data
- Assists INPO members with reporting application and indicator guidance questions
- Plans and executes projects to improve indicators, processes, and applications
- Supports the development and analysis of new performance indicators and indices to measure plant performance
- Works with industry groups in the creation, modification, or deletion of performance indicators
- Works with IT to develop and maintain applications or databases that process plant performance information
- Validates / tests applications that meet business requirements
- Develops new techniques for computational analysis of industry performance
- Performs other duties as assigned

Six or more years of professional work experienceFour or more years of experience in a role ensuring data quality and integrity, preferably in the commercial nuclear generation industryPreferred
Six or more years of nuclear experience, commercial or navy, preferably in a maintenance or engineering capacityFour or more years of experience as a data analystStrategic planning experienceSupervisory / management experienceExperience as a qualified INPO / WANO evaluator in one or more areasAdditional Requirements
