What You'll Do
As a Territory Manager , you will be responsible for managing a book of business and growing sales within your assigned territory. This includes fostering strong relationships with current customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the success of WSC's products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow existing customer accountsExecute personal and company-driven sales initiativesConduct regular visits to customer locations to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunitiesDevelop and manage customer programs from planning through executionPromote new and existing product lines, positioning WSC as a trusted solutions providerIdentify and solicit new business within the territoryEncourage and support customer engagement with digital platforms (Storefront / Configurator)Lead dealer presentations and educational sessionsAttend industry events, trade shows, and customer functions as requiredCollaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceAccurately maintain CRM data and complete timely sales reportsUphold all company safety standards and complete safety observations regularlyWhat You Bring
Required Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma required; college degree or 3 5 years of sales experience preferredStrong understanding of residential construction is a plusExcellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet sales goalsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or sales reporting software a plusOrganized, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectivelyMust have a reliable internet connection in home officeMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionallyValid driver's license and an acceptable driving record per company insurance requirementsAbility to sit for long periods while travelingThe WSC Way
