About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of Strategic Planning Associate Vice President. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with company leaders to craft and evolve comprehensive enterprise strategic business plans. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience in health systems management, business planning, or strategic planning. A strong background in cross-functional leadership, program management, and a robust understanding of the health industry and integrated health delivery systems is required.
We seek a dynamic leader with a proven executive presence, in-depth expertise in business and strategic planning, and exceptional skills to navigate complex systems with strong interpersonal capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and comfort with ambiguity, along with sophisticated communication skills, is key to success in this role. As the Strategic Planning Associate Vice President, you will lead a team, drive departmental initiatives, and ensure high-level performance throughout your team.
