Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a strong maintenance background and excellent customer communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive clear, effective support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in person
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or equipment issues
• Leverage previous maintenance or repair experience to guide customers through solutions
• Document service requests, solutions, and follow-up actions accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Provide clear instructions and training to customers to prevent future issues
• Maintain a strong customer-focused approach with patience and professionalism
