IBM iSeries Financial Systems Support
Multi-Version Financial Software Maintenance
- Provide comprehensive support for three release levels (670, 660, 650) across core financial modules :
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)Cash Management (CM)Accounts Receivable (AR)Tax Compliance & Updates
Research and implement 1099 tax code changes across all three release levelsCreate and distribute Program Temporary Fixes (PTFs) for each releaseProvide customer notification and implementation assistanceiSuite Financial Systems Development (Web / SQL Environment)
Financial Module Support
Maintain and enhance financial software modules :General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)Cash Management (CM)Materials Management (MM)Database & Integration Management
Develop and implement database correctionsSupport custom interfaces for data flow into / out of GL, AP, and MM systemsProvide technical assistance to customers on SQL-related issuesMigrate data for customers transitioning from IBM iSeries to SQL ServerRelease Management & Customer Support
Complete software development lifecycle : coding, testing, release notes creation, packaging, and deploymentResearch and apply 1099 tax code changes with release repair creationAssist customers with establishing new test environmentsProvide technical training to customer IT teams on financial applicationsInfrastructure Management
Stay current with SQL Server and Window Server release through :Coordinating new environment provisioning and setup with IT
