As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents as needed, and maintain a strong presence to support the well-being of those at the site. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $26.95 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday 09 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM

Saturday 07 : 45 AM - 03 : 45 PM

Sunday 10 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to various working environments and conditions as required by the location.

  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
