We are hiring a Supervisor of Reliability and Projects in our Pasadena, TX and Deer Park, TX Asian food plants ! In this role, you will oversee large-scale capital projects and enhance equipment reliability at our manufacturing site. You will also focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve asset availability and performance, while providing leadership and support to your reliability technical team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering projects, ensuring project design, budgets, schedules, justifications and execution are followed and completed, with collaboration from our corporate engineering team.
• Contribute to the development of capital requests and cash-flow forecasts, and assist in identifying and managing these capital expenses, selecting equipment, and overseeing project timelines.
• Oversee the creation and improvement of manufacturing instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and reliability standards.
• Support the implementation of PDM and RCM methodologies, including SAP PM Module, Planning & Scheduling, Red Zone, and Wonderware MES Systems.
• Promote and support the development of reliability technical team members and direct reports, ensuring they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is $81,750 - $136,250 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography, etc. Starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
