Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through final close-out.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues related to scope, schedule, or cost.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Build strong client relationships and represent Brix Paving NW with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction, preferably civil or paving projects.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (construction management, civil engineering, or related field).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in construction scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable under pressure.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
