We are seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant with a minimum of 2 years in a legal environment to join our dynamic trial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation processes, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting our attorneys in achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files, drafting pleadings, and preparing discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management systems, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel regarding case updates and scheduling.
• File documents with courts and maintain compliance with all local and federal regulations.
• Prepare and organize trial exhibits and materials.
• Assist in gathering, reviewing, and summarizing evidence and documents.
• Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
