Key Responsibilities

Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations for brand consistency and visual standards

Edit and proof presentations for accuracy and clarity before delivery

Collaborate with leadership to create presentation-ready materials and support additional visual collateral development

Required Qualifications

Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint with advanced formatting skills

Keen eye for detail with strong proofreading abilities

Solid understanding of visual hierarchy and data visualization best practices

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

Experience working with executives or B2B teams is preferred
