Responsibilities :

• Lead and review non-public audits / reviews
• Research, consult and conclude on complex transactions, including, but not limited to business combinations, equity structures, and compensation agreements
• Prepare and review financial statements and related reports
• Oversee research projects
• Supervise, train and mentor experienced professionals
• Manage all aspects of client service from an audit perspective and foster client relationships
• Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously
• Assist in department initiatives including implementation of new audit / accounting standards
