Senior Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sage X3, you'll define and deliver the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Sage's ERP solution in the manufacturing and distribution industries - with a focus on add-ons and integrations across the broader Sage suite. This is a global role, with the majority (around 80%) focused on the U.S. market. You'll translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated stories, guide launch and growth plans, and enable sales and marketing teams to support customer growth and retention.

Location : Hybrid; 3 days per week from either our Atlanta or Austin office.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management.
• Background in ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, or SaaS software.
• Strong ability to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex products.
• Experience developing pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability.
• Skilled at creating clear, compelling presentations and sales enablement materials.
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and large audiences.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives and tight deadlines.
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
