Marketing Field Support

Kares Management is seeking a Marketing Field Support to assist with day-to-day sales activities including visits and administrative tasks for their designated market. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the InterSolutions products and client base.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Support the process of generating and following up with qualified leads, promoting and selling InterSolutions.
• Visit 50 properties per week and drop off marketing materials.
• Follow up with properties by phone or email as needed.
• Provide customer service to clients as needed.
• Coordinate with operations team to fill open orders.
• Document all visits in Zenople.
• Update property contact information within Zenople and Smart Apartment Data as needed.
• Attend trade shows as requested by management.
• Assist with recruiting as needed.
• Participate and present in weekly sales and market calls.
• Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
