Manager, Field Sales
The Field Sales Manager (FSM) is responsible for achieving and expanding financial performance of your assigned approx. $15M $20M geographic area comprised largely of low-share, high-potential customers, as well as the bench-building, hiring, management, and development of direct reporting FARs. This role manages up to 15 outside Field Account Representatives (FARs) within an assigned geographic area and could lead a sales team that could be remotely located and require potential over-night travel depending on geography.
