About The Position

Job Overview

Start Date : October start - ongoing

Setting : Inpatient

Patient Volume : Average 1 case per day

Job Details :

458 Bed Hospital. Level 2 Trauma. 2 Cardiac Surgery operating rooms. 24-hour weekend call, APP takes office and non urgent calls

Required procedures : Emergency cases, ECMO, Tamponade, Thoracic and Vascular surgery, as well as general and trauma surgery. cases are performed at the site, but elective cases will be managed by employed attendings. Cases can also be transferred to Pittsburgh hospital when appropriate Specific procedures are commonly performed : Aortic Valve Replacements, CABG, TAVR, Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Heart Valve Surgery, MitraClip, PFO Closure

Client Requirements : Board Certification Required

EMR : Cerner

Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
