Onnit is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer who will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the Onnit Business. The ideal candidate is a visionary, strategic, and results-oriented leader, and responsible for shaping business direction by developing comprehensive, multi-year strategies across all revenue-generating functions to meet financial objectives. The role will oversee Onnit's commercial functions, driving a clear marketing and customer strategy, aligned to Onnit's strategic growth ambitions. As a member of Onnit's leadership team, you will make key contributions to the success of the business and lead a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with Onnit's business goals and omni-channel sales objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels to increase brand visibility and drive online sales.
- Oversee product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning to maximize profitability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement working across the organization.
Growth Initiatives
Identify and develop new growth opportunities, including customer acquisition channels, partnerships, and new markets to achieve revenue targets.Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.Collaborate with the finance team to develop accurate growth projections and budgets.Optimize the customer journey and user experience to improve conversion rates and customer retention enhancing LTV and profitability.Marketing Management
Direct market research efforts to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.Guide the creation of compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and product categories.Additional Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless planning and execution of marketing and growth initiatives.Participate in executive meetings to provide insights and updates on growth performance including KPIs, revenue targets, and progress against strategic.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA a plus.15+ years of CPG experience in Brand, Product, and Sales.Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, brand and partnerships.Able to drive business performance and growth, with a general management mindset.Experience in high growth, entrepreneurial businesses a must; Preference for experience in Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements and Sports Performance.Deep digital experience in millennial marketing including social commerce, growth marketing, influencer and social media.Passion for holistic human performance / supplements.Deep experience in building and leading marketing strategies and capabilities.Strong analytical skills with experience in driving the P&L and utilizing marketing mix analyses / KPIs to maximize ROI.Strong understanding of consumer / customer landscape, market dynamics, and trends.Flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Ability to think creatively to identify growth drivers.Benefits
