Inside Sales Engineer

The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Sales organization by providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our top-tier customers. Location : Tampa or Orlando, FL. This role supports the sales organization with pre-sale and post-sale activities for commercial HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
• Communicate requirements effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Adapt to customer-specific requirements.
• Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and for replacements.
• Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their consulting engineers.
• Respond to RFQs to seek new business opportunities for new or existing customers.
• Coordinate across multiple functions, maintain composure in fast-paced environments, and make timely decisions.
• Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, self-direction, business understanding, and interpersonal / influencing abilities to work across the Carrier organization and with customers.
