No experience, no problem. We are a teaching Oral Surgery practice, and pride ourselves on our intuitive training protocol. We are looking for GREAT PERSONALITIES, TEAM PLAYER MENTALITY, and someone with FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This role is part time, Monday, Thursdays, and Fridays. The hours are 7 : 45-4 : 30 with an hour lunch.

Responsibilities :

• Answer and manage incoming calls.
• Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols.
• Ensure cancellations are filled.
• Verify, update and enter patient information into the data system.
• Maintain and manage patient records.
• Treatment planning
• Check-in / Check out
