SUMMARY
Team Members will be trained in all areas of production and perform job requirements according to the specific areas’ Standard Operating Procedures to fabricate and assemble company products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Fabricate and assemble company products which may include the operation of automated manufacturing equipment in a team environment.
- Work requires the ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Process Specifications (PS) to operate and setup machinery and related systems.
- Participate in continuous process improvement.
- Keep work area neat and clean and follow all established safety guidelines.
- Work within a team structure to achieve Company and department goals.
- Strictly adhere to the company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
- Perform additional duties related to specific area assignment.
- Regularly handles hazardous and non-hazardous wastes generated in the manufacturing process.
- Train new team members as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess basic math skills.
- Ability to work with small parts.
- May also require forklift experience and basic computer skills.
The individual in this position must be able to understand all policies, procedures, instructions, rules and regulations (including all safety training and safety information) associated with this position which are written in English.
In addition, the individual must be able to appropriately respond to these and, where needed, provide reports, presentations, information and communications in English.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Minimum educational requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum experience includes at least 2 years of consecutive work history.
Manufacturing experience preferred.

A considerable amount of moving from department to department may occur in unfavorable weather conditions. The employee is exposed to the inherent dangers of the explosive materials used in the manufacturing processes.
